Trousseau Returns Policy

We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully despatched to you – and we hope that you’re happy with your purchase.

If, however, you wish to return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of purchase, the following conditions must be met:


-        All items must be unused (except for trying on purposes only)

-        We ask that you only wear shoes on carpeted areas until you have decided if you will keep them. (Because of the delicate nature of our shoes, we are unable to accept any returns on shoes that have any sign of wear or damage to any part – including inside & under sole)

-        All Items must be in their original packaging

-        No returns or refunds on sale items

-        Shipping fees are non-refundable

Return to Store:

For an immediate refund, you can return the items to Trousseau Bridal & Evening Shoes, 2B/1 Beresford Square, Auckland Central, Auckland, New Zealand within 14 days of purchase. You may also exchange your items in store.

 NOTE: Sale items cannot be returned.

-        You MUST have your original receipt and a completed returns form (click here)

-        Refunds will be made to the original credit/debit card used to make the purchase or deposited into a bank account,  no cash refunds will be given out.

-        If the item(s) is in original condition, we will process the refund for you.


Return by courier:

You can return items to Trousseau, within 14 days of purchase. You may also exchange your item, courier fees will NOT be charged for sending the exchange. (exact style/size and colour of exchange must be stipulated on returns form)

-        Complete returns form (click here) and enclose it, together with your returned item(s), Goods cannot be returned without this information.

-        For your protection, we advise you return items via tracked mail/courier (retain your postage receipt)

-        If the item is in original condition, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 days of receiving your return. This should show on your credit card within 1 – 3 business days following this.  For any exchanges, you will be notified via email on approx delivery time of exchange.

-        Refunds will only be made to original credit card used for purchase.
