To Order Shoes by Mail Order:

1. Tell us what size you normally take in formal shoes. Loose fitting shoes, such as running shoes, are not usually a reliable indicator of your size in formal shoes.
   
   
2. Include your delivery address and daytime contact phone number so we can contact you if we have any queries.
   
   
3. Also include the date you require your shoes.
   
   
4. If you require them dyed, send a sample of the colour you want them matched to. Shoes should be fitted before being dyed. While colour matching is very precise, dyed shoes are non-refundable unless the fault is ours. Alternatively, you can get them dyed yourself - almost all of our shoes are dyeable. Please read the information on shoe dyeing.
   
   
5. Your credit card details. The cost of the shoes will be charged, along with dyeing if required, plus the cost for post and packaging. Alternatively, send a cheque made out to 'Trousseau Bridal'.
   
   
6. To help us size your foot with better accuracy you can send us a tracing of your foot. Make sure you use your largest foot - many people have one foot larger than the other! To make this process as accurate as possible, please hold the pen completely vertical when you do your tracing. Either scan or post to us. Please note that foot tracings are a guide for us only, and do not guarantee the shoes will fit.

Please note that some foot shapes do not fit some shoe styles. We will, where possible, suggest to you a more appropriate style. For people with unusual foot shapes e.g. slim or very wide, phoning us to discuss your options may be the best starting point.

Delivery times vary, but as a rough guide New Zealand addresses can expect delivery within a week - longer if the shoes have to be ordered. Shoe dyeing takes up to an additional 2 weeks.


Returns Policy:

We will send another pair if the shoes do not fit, providing the shoes are returned in the same condition you received them with the original box within 7 days. If we do not have the correct size we will refund your money or you can choose another style. However, shoes that have been dyed for you, and shoes ordered especially that are not standard stock items are not refundable.

Every effort is made to keep this website up to date, but we apologise if the shoes you request are not available for any reason.
